The GEEK Eyewear® Promise:
We hope you’re happy with all our products, but if you’re not, we’ll do everything humanly possible to fix the problem. In the unlikely event that we can’t help, we’ll happily give you your money back (return the frames within 30 days or 7 days for trial sets and sale items).
Can I return my purchase?
Yes! If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily accept your return of new, unused items in their original case and condition with any accessories and /or items that they were shipped with. If some items are missing or arrived in used condition, we cannot process your return.
All Rx lenses must be paid for before a job is edged or ordered, Once lenses are cut, we cannot accept your return for lenses.
Can I return Sale Items?
You return items purchased at a reduced price. We have 7 days return/exchange policy. Please contact us and we initiate your return. Our email is email@example.com.
Return Policy guidelines:
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days (7 days for Trial Sets and Sale Items) of delivery for a full refund.
Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and in original packaging.
Please note: Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable for International Shipping.
Buyer pays for any return shipping costs for exchanges and/or returns. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
Please note that due to the custom work required for adding lenses to frames, those costs cannot be refunded. This includes all prescription and Reading glasses with your custom prescription. If you would like to exchange for the same style but different color, we'll install the same lenses at no charge.
- You will receive the refund for lenses only if we produced your eyeglasses not as per the prescription you sent us when placing your order. We’ll arrange a full refund if you sent a verification photo to us.
We will issue your refund after the frames have been received.
How do I process a return?
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or you can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received a product and processed the returned item.
Give us a shout at email@example.com to receive a Return Authorization Number prior to returning your item. Please send along the following info:
- Your invoice/order number
- Phone Number
- Item(s) you would like to return and why
What happens next? We’ll respond to your email promptly and give you your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Print out a copy of your original email and pencil your RAN (return authorization number) on it, slip the copy into your return shipment, and you’re ready to send it off.
Important! GEEK EYEWEAR cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not personally ship, so make sure you hold on tight to those tracking details. Also, we are unfortunately not able to refund any returned items that don’t include a Return Authorization Number — for any returns received without an RAN, you are responsible for the return shipping from GEEK EYEWEAR back to you.
Refunds & Processing Time
After we’ve received your return shipment, we’ll process your refund in the original form of payment within 5 days. Your bank may require additional business days to process and post the transaction to your account.
