We hope you’re happy with all your our products, but if you’re not, we’ll do everything humanly possible to fix the problem. In the unlikely event that we can’t help, we’ll happily give you your money back (return the frames within 30 days or 7 days for trial sets).
Can I return my purchase?
Yes! If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily accept your return of new, unused items in thier original case and condition with any accessories and /or items that they were shipped with. If some items are missing or arrived in used condition, we cannot process your return.
Can I return Sale Items?
All items purchased at a reduced price are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us so we can make an exception. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org.

How do I process a return?
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or you can send us an email to email@example.com. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received a product and processed the returned item.
Give us a shout at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Number prior to returning your item. Please send along the following info:
What happens next? We’ll respond to your email promptly and give you your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Print out a copy of your original email and pencil your RAN (return authorization number) on it, slip the copy into your return shipment, and you’re ready to send it off.
Important! GEEK EYEWEAR cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not personally ship, so make sure you hold on tight to those tracking details. Also, we are unfortunately not able to refund any returned items that don’t include a Return Authorization Number — for any returns received without an RAN, you are responsible for the return shipping from GEEK EYEWEAR back to you.
Refunds & Processing Time
After we’ve received your return shipment, we’ll process your refund in the original form of payment within 5 days. Your bank may require additional business days to process and post the transaction to your account.
6 months UNCONDITIONAL warranty from the date you've purchased Geek Eyewear from shop.geekeyewear.com ONLY. That means even if your dog chewed the frame, we will replace it (Buyer is responsible for shipping charges).
