GEEK Eyewear GAMER Junior

This is my 3rd review. I've purchase 5 pair from Geek. 4 Gamer Jr and 1 Rad Jr. Obviously love them! The first pair lasted several years before I broke them. I then ordered 2 more pair in the same size so I could pop my old lenses in them. I immediately broke the 2nd pair (my fault) and moved the lenses to my 3rd pair. I decided I wanted to try the Rad Jr 2 tone. Love these. Still wear them everyday and have had tons of compliments. Decided I wanted to try a little color. I ordered the kale thinking it was the color shown. I was wrong, Kale is bright kelly green(not pictured). I contacted Geek and they immediately wrote me back saying those were truly kale and the color pictured was khaki. I was a bit confused because khaki wasn't an option to purchase. They asked that I return the kale but I was unsure how I would get the khaki. I was a bit frustrated because every response took at least 24 hours or more. I would have happily paid for the 2nd pair to get them here faster, just couldn't figure out how. A bit disappointed I had to pay return shipping since the ordering was misleading. Sent back the kale and the khaki are supposed to be here tomorrow. I'm sure I'll love them.

Love these frames! I think the review from 2015 was mine. That was my original purchase of Geek children's frames. I wanted something edgy and adult glasses were too big on my face. I have worn these very day since my purchase. I recently sat on my glasses by accident and broke the frames after 4 years. I loved them so much I had to purchase the same frames. Geek was awesome to work with and was able to get me another pair exactly like the original pair. So happy they still carry this frame.

So far we are really happy with these glasses for my 13 year old--they look hip and cool, unlike any glasses I could find for her locally, and I think the quality seems very good. I was impressed that someone called me soon after I placed my order to discuss sizing and other issues. One thing I wish was a little better is that the coating I got to reduce screen glare makes the lenses look a little grey, which looks a bit odd. Other than that, though, so far so good! We'll see how they hold up over the long run.

Love these frames! I have a small face and usually purchase children's frames. I can't find fun and unique children frames at optical stores. These are so fun and I love the matte finish. Great value.
